Application Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-user support for various applications/Mobile applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless operation.

Diagnose and resolve application-related problems, escalating issues as needed to the development or technical teams.

Assist in debugging and testing applications to identify and rectify errors, bugs, or glitches.

Collaborate with the development team to contribute to the improvement and enhancement of applications.

Participate in the planning and execution of application upgrades and patches.
-
Document support processes and create knowledge base articles for end-users.

Provide technical guidance and support to other IT teams and departments.
-
Monitor application performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
-
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) 4+ Yrs of Exp

Proven experience in application support, debugging, and IT support.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. -
Proficiency in troubleshooting application issues and performing debugging tasks.

Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to support.
-
Knowledge of scripting languages and database management is a plus.

Knowledge of Android and iOS Applications support

Exposure to coredava or ionic or swift is added advantage
